Why get a Personal Trainer?

Investing in your physical and mental health is one of the best things you can do for yourself. 

I will motivate you, guide you and hold you accountable.  I want to empower you to make positive, lasting changes to your health and fitness and, importantly, I want you to enjoy moving.

I create a bespoke plan to make sure we work towards your unique goals. I want everyone I work with to become a fitter, stronger, happier human. Together as a team we can do this!

My Ethos

Human beings were made to move. My goal is to get you moving in a way that's right for your unique body and in a way that you enjoy so you build a healthy and happy relationship with fitness and movement. 


My additional qualifications as a Performance Breathwork Coach and Sleep Recovery Specialist means I can provide a holistic approach to working towards your goals. Your time in the gym is your investment, its where the stimulus for change happens, to get a return on that investment recovery is vital. Nutrition, sleep, breathwork and taking time to nourish and recharge your mind are all part of the picture. Better results, better mental well being and more fun along the way!

Take Notice-sessions start with a gratitude exercise and begin and end with breath work to connect mind and body.

Keep Learning- new exercises and challenges each week to keep things fresh!

These classes are full body workouts designed for anyone who wants an hour of self care or a well being focus to their workout.

Breath Work Coaching

I am a trained XPT Performance Breath Work Coach and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor.

Optimal breathing is key to a healthy, happy body. It plays such a vital role in our day to day well being and physical performance.

Different breathing techniques can help manage stress, anxiety, depression, boost energy levels and elevate your mood to name a few benefits!

Optimal breathing also plays a big role in our physical fitness. It was a game changer for me so I am passionate about sharing this with others.
